Branding the Mobility Function

Branding the Mobility Function GMJ Congress

8 April 2022 - That's a Warp!

We finished the second of our two GMJ Congress events, the GMJ Ambassadors (HR Mobility) events yesterday to explore how Branding the Mobility Function is so essential with truly amazing attendance by our GMJ Ambassadors - thank you all!

It was a delight of positive reinforcement for the Mobility function that can often only be thought as an afterthought. One thing that stuck was how Mobility needs to take time to celebrate its achievements and let the wider business and community know what good it does as well as what harm it can protect the business against!

We want to take the time to thank the HR Chairs, now GMJ Senators who inspired such thoughtful conversation in both the GMJ Congress events...

Previous GMJ Congress: March 2022

International Women's Day & Unconscious Bias

We have just finished the second of our two GMJ Congress events, the GMJ Ambassadors (HR Mobility) events today to mark and truly look into International Women's Day and Unconscious Bias with record attendance by our GMJ Ambassadors - thank you all!

So much reflective and positive thought was shared. A key theme is we need to be deliberate in tackling the still ongoing challenges. Also, we need to take time to celebrate the achievements of Women who have been able to make strides in equality as well as support those who are still battling challenges already over come in other areas.

We want to take the time to thank the HR Chairs, now GMJ Senators who inspired such thoughtful conversation in both the GMJ Congress events today...

We wish all a Happy International Women’s Day!
