While there has been remote work, business travel. I think to keep the seat at the table, we have to stay agile and innovative. It's, dynamic environment, when we need to be constantly on top of everything because, as I said, dynamic environment, requires a lot of dynamic decisions and, for us, it's, it's a chance, but it's a, it's an opportunity, but also it's a huge challenge how to be on top of everything. And make sure that we are capturing all changes or, or all challenges from all possible angles, taxes, immigration, social security, relocation from employer perspective, from employer perspective.
