Speaker: Kimberley Best Robidoux, Partner, WR Immigration
Kimberley Best Robidoux is a Partner in the San Diego office of WR Immigration. She partners with employers to conduct “in-house” audits with respect to worksite compliance matters – it is always extremely important to keep employers out of trouble or prepare them for a government audit and her experience with the nuances of employer I-9 and E-Verify requirements has resulted in the successful defense of employers against I-9 compliance audits. She also guides employers on the complexities associated with worksite compliance associated with various nonimmigrant classifications such as H-1B and STEM OPT as well as for PERM labor certification applications. Kimberley is the Chair of the AILA National Verification and Documentation Liaison Committee which liaises with USCIS, ICE/HSI and OCAHO on I-9, E-Verify and worksite issues.

Speaker: Audrey Lustgarten, Managing Partner WR Global, WR Immigration
Audrey Lustgarten is Managing Partner of WR Global, has over 15 years of expertise in global immigration law. Specializing in non-US immigration, she facilitates employment visas, work permits, and residence permits for key employees worldwide. Audrey excels in aiding companies with international short-term field service and rotational employment programs, offering training materials, best practices, and compliance programs. A UCLA School of Law graduate, she is licensed in Georgia and Michigan, recognized by Who’s Who Legal: Corporate Immigration. Audrey is a founding member of paradiGM global mobility community and has held leadership positions in AILA and ABA committees.

Speaker: Tatiana Zolotova, Immigration and Global Mobility Lead, OpenAI
Tati is a Global Mobility expert with deep expertise in immigration. She currently leads the Global Mobility team at OpenAI, where she has been for over three years. Tati brings a truly global and multicultural background to her work. Prior to OpenAI, she was a founding member of the People team at a Bay Area flying cars startup, contributed to a local San Francisco boutique immigration law firm, and ran her own expat concierge agency in Panama. She also spent three years in the Caribbean as a Business Development Manager, supporting clients pursuing citizenship through investment-based immigration programs.
