Mauricio is currently the Global Mobility Manager at Becton, Dickinson, and Company based in San Diego, CA. He joined the company in 2015 and participated in the harmonization of CareFusion and CR Bard, which entailed the consolidation of three legacy Global Mobility programs, policies and vendors into one program. Mauricio has worked overseas in Japan as an English Teacher and in Spain with the Spanish Commission for Development (CODESPA). In 2021, the Forum for Expatriate Management voted Mauricio as the Global Mobility Professional of the Year.
