AI is super important for mobility. I guess all the mobility professionals would agree with. And I can, take out a lot of friction, especially in the low mobility processes, beat automating repetitive routine tasks such as, I don't know, document tracking and, take it one step further. Global Mobility & Relocation Stories Going Beyond Moving from one continent to another asked that a bronze statue of a horse, was to be moved. Being sentimental value. He said it serves as motivation. We didn't get to hear the whole backstory, cut a long story short, we managed to replicate this almost Lifesize bronze statue. We relocated two parrots from the US to the Netherlands, and they needed, a special cage. They needed special food. If something sounds too jargon heavy or makes me raise an eyebrow, I know it won't land well with someone who's about to uproot their entire life and move countries. So, I rephrase, simplify, and make sure the tone feels supportive and not robotic. When making good mobility policies, my one top tip would be let us not forget, this is the people.
