Brazilians tend to welcome people really easy and our teams are really tuned to welcoming someone from another culture. I understand that there are some cultures that they tend to be more when around us because we touch, we hug. Brazil is really welcoming. Our people is really welcoming. The biggest challenges, I believe, are immigration, because even though we have new immigration law, which started two years ago, it's still really restrictive on what the person can do with their visa.
